The research assignment consists of a 2000 word essay style paper with an accepted plus or minus 10%. Students must select one of the following topics:
1.Discuss and analyse a case in which there appears to have been a miscarriage of justice.
2.Write a court report on a local District or Supreme Court case and analyse it in relation to the law of evidence.
