Task
Description : CNA 550 Learning Contract Portfolio of Evidence Assignment
In this assessment task you are required to showcase your learning.
This includes rationale and justification for the topic, comprehensive literature review, critical reflection and analysis, and a description of summary of outputs/outcomes. In addition appendices must be attached that reflect the depth and scope of work undertaken throughout the semester (you are expected to devote around 10 hours per week to the study materials, assessment tasks and self-directed learning).
Assessment Criteria Measures Intended Learning Outcome:
Criterion 1 Rationale and justification provided for learning including the potential significance of portfolio to scholarship (e.g. professional,
organisational and personal development) and practice are discussed.
Criterion 2 Comprehensive literature review with evidence of critical reflection and analysis.
Criterion 3 Portfolio – Summary of outcomes/outputs supported by relevant appendices which are current and showcase the depth and scope of the learning portfolio.
Appropriate options for further learning are identified.
Criterion 4 Structure and organisation of portfolio content. Uses correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Criterion 5 Referencing conforms to required convention (Harvard). Adheres to word limit. 1,2,3

Task length 3,000 words maximum excluding reference list and supporting evidence (appendices of work undertaken must be attached, as appropriate).
