Houzit is a 15 store chain of home-ware stores operated in Brisbane which specialises in bathroom fittings, bedroom fittings, mirrors and decorative items. As part of the strategic plans of the business, the management want to broaden the store product offers by including a new range of items such as lighting fixtures in the assortment mix. As of this requirement, the company wants to find out about the feasibility of adding lighting fixtures and the market factors that may affect their business.
